The Round Lake Spartans will host a
FREE cheer camp on Sunday, June 30
th from 1 – 4 p.m. at Indian Hill Elementary School. Participants will be taught a minimum of three sideline cheers as well as a basic group routine that will be performed for the parents at the end of the event. Coaches will also review the importance of proper stretching and warm-up while walking participants through several exercises.
Whether you’re new to the sport or already have a few years invested – this is the perfect way to start your season!
WHO CAN ATTEND?
Any child (regardless of school district) entering K-8 grade this fall. Competition pom participants welcome!
WHAT TO BRING & WEAR
Participants should be dressed in age appropriate attire (soffe/basketball shorts, t-shirt, socks, tennis shoes and hair up in a ponytail). Tank tops and tops with spaghetti straps are discouraged as they could be hazardous when stunting. Jewelry should be removed. Glasses, if worn, should be secured with a strap. We also recommend that each participant bring a bottle of water.

The camp is FREE and walk-in registrations WILL be accepted. However, pre-registration helps us greatly in planning the event and making sure we have enough coaches on hand.
STILL NEED TO REGISTER FOR THE 2013 SEASON?
Registrations for the Spartans 2013 sideline and competition season will be accepted during this event.
